The folks over at Chunky Chicken Apps has just launched Tweet Photo (App Store) version 1.0 for iPhone 3GS. Quite simply Tweet Media lets you upload and share photos, audio and video on Twitter. For photo sharing, just select TwitrPix, snap a photo and tweet. Simplicity at its best.
